FLEXWEAR OFFERS A HASSLE-FREE RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased from FLEX WEAR can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
Please note If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item. If it is a sale item, you will be issued store credit.
*SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: Exchange/Store credit only (Store credit will be in the form of a Gift Card which will not expire)
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging.
In the event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you believe you have received a faulty product please provide a clear photo of the defect, and if you have received the incorrect item, then please provide a photo of the incorrect item.
Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.
In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for an exchange/refund within the guidelines below.
Returns are subject to inspection and if does not pass will be mailed back to you.
Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
1. Book your return by clicking: Return Lodgement
Order number (IT IS NOT AFTERPAY ORDER NUMBER): You can find your order number through your order confirmation email that was sent out after you placed your order (P.S check your junk mail) or you can check by logging into your FLEXWEAR account.
2. Please print the returns form generated by the Returns Lodgement (A copy will also be sent to your email). If you're unable to print the form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.
3. Prepare your parcel and pop your returns form inside. (If you do not include a form or a note we will be unable to identify your return and it will not be processed).
4. Ship the item back to us by dropping it off at an Australian Post Office (Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us)

5. Please keep your tracking number/receipt. The returns process can take up to 3 working days, you will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
